It’s important for your organization to have effective instructional materials on hand. Whether it’s an onboarding packet or a training course, these materials need to be tailored to meet the needs of adult learners.
In short, they need to be well-designed, intelligent, and effective. While that may seem like a bit to ask, there are five components to implement while creating your instructional materials that will help ensure they pack the punch you are looking for.
