3 MORE fun activities to increase learner engagement on your team
Looking for some fun team building activities to increase the engagement with your team... look no further - here are three shiny new ones for you.
In a previous post, I share 3 fun engagement tools to spice up your team’s learning experience and increase engagement.
(If you missed that post, you’ll find it linked in the comments below 😊)
To take things one step further, here are three more excellent tools to get your team members engaged and learning.
Provide a certain problem, question or topic.
Pair up your learners. Give them enough time to develop a conclusion or answer to the question/topic.
Have one of the partners share their results.
Small groups take positions at different tables with the same questions.
Make one person the team host – they collect responses and facilitate discussion.
After a designated amount of time, everyone except the host moves tables and another question I presented.
The table host presents responses through discussion, using a whiteboard, or other visual display.
Create a three-minute video of the content shared in the lesson.
Share it with your learners two days after the learning event.
Alternative: Have your learners create a one-minute video of their best takeaways from the lesson to be shared with the group.
Give one (or all!) of these three engagement techniques a try and see how it helps your learners.
Have you used one of these engagement tools before? How did it help your team?
