You’re an intrapersonal learner if you prefer learning alone. So, how can someone who prefers learning alone use their learning style to increase team engagement? Intrapersonal learners excel at self-reflection and self-management and are often highly independent.
To make sure that you are able to perform at your best, try this:
Tell your team members and management that email is the best way to correspond with you
Set aside time to reflect and collect your thoughts before and after meetings
Take notes and use them frequently; many intrapersonal learners keep journals, so find a way that works best for you
